Ingredients
Scale
4 large tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 slices deli turkey
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Tortilla Base: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the Cream Cheese: Spread a thin, even layer of softened cream cheese across the entire tortilla.
Layer the Turkey and Veggies: Add 2-3 slices of turkey over the cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and shredded carrots evenly on top.
Season the Filling: Lightly sprinkle ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper over the layered ingredients.
Roll the Tortilla: Tightly roll the tortilla into a log, starting from one edge and applying gentle pressure as you roll.
Chill the Rolls: Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice and Serve: Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Roll Tightly: Apply even pressure while rolling the tortilla. A tight roll ensures the pinwheels hold their shape and don’t unravel.
Use a Sharp Knife: A sharp blade is essential for clean, uniform slices. Avoid using a dull knife, as it can squish the roll and ruin the presentation.
Storage Tip: Store the sliced pinwheels in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
